• United States: Orders typically arrive within 3 – 7 business days from the date of shipment.
• Canada: Delivery usually takes 5 – 10 business days.
• Europe: Expect your package to be delivered within 7 – 14 business days.
• International (Outside of US, Canada, and Europe): Standard shipping may take 10 – 21 business days. Delivery times can vary based on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

2.2 Expedited Shipping

• United States: Expedited shipping can get your order to you in 1 – 3 business days.
• International: Delivery times for expedited international shipping range from 3 – 7 business days, but this is subject to customs clearance and other external factors.

3. Order Processing

• Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, we aim to process and ship it within 1 – 2 business days. However, during peak shopping seasons (such as holidays or major sales events), processing times may be extended to 3 – 4 business days.
• Order Confirmation: After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track the progress of your package. You can also log in to your account on Repking.ru to view the shipping status.

• United States: Standard shipping is free for orders over $20. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $35 will be applied. Expedited shipping costs vary based on the delivery speed and size/weight of the order.
• International: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the destination country, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the chosen shipping method. You can view the estimated shipping cost in your shopping cart before finalizing your order.

5. Customs and Duties

• International Orders: For international shipments, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
• Customs Delays: Delays may occur due to customs inspections and processing. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs authorities, and we cannot predict the exact time it will take for your package to clear customs.

6. Delivery Issues

• Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to update the information. A re – shipping fee may apply to resend the package.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: If the carrier is unable to deliver your package due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, they may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. If the package is returned to us after multiple attempts, we will contact you to arrange for redelivery or provide a refund (minus any applicable shipping costs).

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, either reship your order or issue a refund.
• Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged item and packaging. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the package, and we will assist you with either a replacement or a refund.
